Have you ever wondered what the biggest number might be? Many people just say it is infinity, but the largest named number is actually called a Googol. A googol is the number that is ten to the one hundredth power. It is an extremely long number that nobody can say in words. That is why it is called a googol, to make things easier. So next time someone asks you what one of the biggest numbers in the world is, you can say a googol, instead of infinity.

Man, numbers are getting pretty out of hand. Back in my day, the biggest number we ever counted to was twenty! Spoiled kids these days don’t know how good they have it with numbers.

WOW! I did not now that the biggest number 10 to the hundredth power and somebody really counted to that number.
